Terms for Using This Reference

These Terms govern use of Iredell County Busted Mugshots. By using the pages or their search tools, a visitor accepts these conditions. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the service. The pages are a private reference for locating official county, city, court, state, federal, and immigration resources.

Iredell County Busted Mugshots is privately operated and has no government affiliation. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provide FCRA-covered services. The pages point to Iredell County, North Carolina, and related public resources, but they are not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Private Reference, Not Custody Office

This service stores no official jail, police, booking, or court records. Official Iredell sources include P2C Inmate Inquiry, the Sheriff public-information page, and the Iredell court page. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, schedule a visit, or file a document. The originating Sheriff, police department, court, NCDAC, BOP, or ICE office controls its own records.

Links to Iredell P2C, the Detention Center, city records, the Clerk, NCDAC, and other resources are supplied to help a visitor reach the proper custodian. A booking or arrest is an accusation and is not a conviction.

  • Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or target another person.
  • Do not base a hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decision on the content.

Outside Links and Tools

The pages link to jail rosters, booking feeds, police and Sheriff sites, courts, corrections agencies, federal locators, news publishers, and third-party search tools. Those services control their own content, privacy practices, prices, and uptime. A link is not an endorsement. Review the destination's terms before using it.

Information Provided As Is

All content is provided “as is” without a warranty that it is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or thorough. Custody status and public records change. Nothing here is an official statement from a sheriff, police department, jail, court, or government agency.

These Terms may be revised at any time. A revised version takes effect when posted. Continued use after posting means the new conditions apply.

Access Can Be Revoked

Access may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including conduct that threatens the service or other visitors.

North Carolina Law

North Carolina law governs these Terms. Any dispute must be brought in a court located within North Carolina, unless applicable law requires another forum.
